I have noticed a trend in the ‘prestige shows’ that I mock Walking Dead for, and I feel like Andor did it as well. They just let the camera linger on nothing. It’s not being insightful. It just knows that if it does this like the better shows do that it can also pretend to be insightful, when it is just wasting time…

Similarly, there is just so much stuff out there. I never actively bailed on Rings of Power, I just never came back to it. There was just something else that grabbed my attention before returning.

Meanwhile much gayer movies like Everything Everywhere All at Once made WAAAY more that it’s budget and won all the Oscars. As well as Tar, was a hit and was massively nominated.

Personally, I’m going to take the word of the writer and producer of the show who just wrote a whole letter saying “Hey, don’t listen to people online who don’t even bother to ask the crew or studio before making declarations.”

Not really sure on the tone on the last couple recaps?Are you upset that the bachelor wants to find someone he actually likes being around and isn’t just some attractive shell?

It’s insane that you wouldn’t consider evironmental or social aspects when investing. That’s part of how you get an idea of what is going to be successful.

It reeks of that smugness of looking for a reason to hate things or call them bad. 

I think this would have been better if it had nothing to do with Toy Story. I purely original story would have landed better.

I liked that Psych opened up to more non-murder cases as time went on. I think the audience likes Charlie enough that if she thinks a ‘case’ is important that the audience will think the stakes are high enough.

To be clear: This is hardly the first time Velma has been essayed by an actor of color (see Gina Rodriguez in 2020’s Scoob!, and Hayley Kiyoko in two Scooby Doo! movies in 2009 and 2010).

Never like being in the camp to burn it all down because with most creative projects there are a lot of other people invovled who craft and make the thing. Tearing it all down likely hurts them more than the villain.

Nor me. I like the Arrowverse, but there is a vast quality difference between Arrowverse and Daredevil.
