You said there are not "Thousands" of fans on the Mindy Project. But if you go to your FACEBOOK and type "Mindy Kaling" in your search engine, you will see she has 752,368 "Likes" And then type in "the Mindy Project," you will see that one has 546,490 Are they not "fans?"

Shelley Long didn't have to "buy" her staying power.
I was not a fan of either woman, but when Shelly Long left, Cheers lost so many fans that if all that money to keep it going wasn't involved, it would have "fizzled out" WAY sooner than what it did.
