Based on the evidence presented by Deadspin so far, how can anyone be certain if the sex was consensual or not? The burden is hers and I don’t think she’s proved her csse yet even by a preponderance of the evidence. Of course she hasn’t rested her case yet so maybe she she has more evidence.
