Are you another ignorant who doesn’t understand how business and contracts work versus your hopes, fantasies, and a non-binding Terms & Conditions statement?

“Morbidly obese and scrawny neighbor boy nerds with Dorito-stained pants are just WAITING to talk to YOU! White nerds, Asian nerds, Black nerds...well, not really very many of those, we’re really trying but, anyway...Just $3 dollars a minute for all the gaming talk you can stand! Why be lonely when you can have one…
If you and others really believe this, then where are the class-action lawsuits? I mean, this is either a legal issue or it isn’t.
It’s an affiliate program. Not a contract. That’s all that matters. You say there’s fraud. Can you take them court? There is no fraud where there is no legal guarantee.
No contracts means Youtube can do what it likes and you can take it or leave it.
You haven’t gone anywhere, either, in your weak attempt to pretend you’ve “won” or whatever.
I understand that no user has a contract with them.
Enjoy all your fantasies.
So. What?
That’s right kids. If you do drugs, you’ll lose your lips.
Considering the pompous pretentious writing in that post? I had no way of not thinking you’re hyperbolic, dramatic, and overweening.
I can’t empathize with wanton stupidity.
Dude, you wrote “everyone on Earth”.
LOL, you’re funny.
“Its a career in the same way being a radio personality or being a televison personality is a career.”
This is stupid. Because one can like Youtube and give not a single shit about content creators.
Oh, no! You mean I’d have to go back to only watching music videos and uploaded movies and documentaries??? No reaction videos or stupid human tricks?
The content creators don’t work for Youtube. They have no protections because there are no contracts guaranteeing them rights or privileges.
There is no contract for Youtubers guaranteeing them terms of service from Youtube.
No, they don’t have that interest if and when they find new and different ways of monetizing the site that aren’t dependent on these particular content creators.
