I’m curious whether Cambodian babies have access to the same quality and sanitation of formula-feeding that American babies do. I thought I’d read that it was particularly important for mothers in developing countries to breast feed for those reasons.

It’s not just the safety of American babies. But it is also the fate of Cambodian babies who are deprived of what they need by commerce. This thing stinks.
