To an extent, yes they are responsible (which is another reason a lawsuit would never actually win), but they’ve also clearly tried to shelter the kid as much as possible. Either way, Barron didn’t choose to be in the spotlight and I’ve seen no indication he wants to be.

I completely agree. My sole criticism of his video is that I would have preferred he not speculate on someone who isn’t willingly in the public eye. I find the fact that melania sued this kid in particular odd, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she saw one too many nasty comments and lumped this in with them.
