Anyone even remember The Bouncer? It was the first PS2 game Squaresoft put out at a time when a childhood of Final Fantasy had left me with implicit faith that anything Square did would be amazing. It was also one of, if not the first PS2 games I bought and after finally getting the console.
I always wondered about the CD emblem. Were people actually removing the CD from the tray while playing this game and then returning it for the load screens? Was that a thing? Or is it just a wink to the player that, yeah hold on a sec guy, we need to load the new area.
