Yeah, but also the Fresh Prince.
…and bonus points for mentioning Spring too!
Yeah, I poured over it. I'm a SOMEBODY!
Heh. I realize this is a joke question kind of but that rule is only in effect for the 'free' networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, the bad one). Comedy Central can do whatever they want. If they wanted to, they could show genitals. The only rules are the ones in their own minds maaaan.
Can't wait for the SKSU (Stephen King Shared Universe)
Just saw Deeds for the first time and I was struck by how nuanced Gary Cooper's performance was; he was always a solid bet as an actor but his performance in that movie is pretty damn great. (I like Meet John Doe more, but think he himself does a better job in Doe, where he takes lesser material and plays the hell…
I'll tell you what: Dan Penn wrote or co-wrote songs like "I'm Your Puppet", "Do Right Woman", "Dark End of the Street" and he produced most of the Box Tops best stuff. Seems relevant when calling him obscure, specifically in reference to his co-write on this great album by this great soul singer.
I give this comment a C+.
Yah. Note; Trick R Treat initially had reviews a lot like this.
What, you don't like Blueshammer?
Well, it's actually a sample of "You Got What I Need" from Jimmie Scott. "Just A Friend" is a kind of sample/cover of it. C'mon internet writer guy! Credit the great Scott!
"Considering the Beatles outside of their popularity? Impossible!" Got it. Good luck with the music doing.
So, I love the Beach Boys, but they simply don't have anywhere near as many great albums to their name (and their name encompasses a ton of hired hands).
One of the best listening skills to develop is this very thing; listening to music without letting a bunch of nonessential things like popularity or where else you've heard it color your opinion. OR, you can sharpen your internet griping.
I'd have to disagree that it's impossible to engage with the Beatles music without thinking of the whole 'mythology' surrounding it, because I do that very thing. Lately even! Basically you're letting something's popularity ruin it for you - that is on you.
For me, Echo is literally where he drops the ball. Can I blame heroin? I want to!
I know. The rest of the movie really adheres to verisimilitude in like, every way, but then, the cameras.
I loved it! But, it's way lower budget and lower stakes and shows it's 'first timer' status more. But, I love it!
It's good! Man, everything from Jim Mickle is good!
