Looks like lots of Warhawk andP40 shark mouths.

Parts are getting hard to find, particularly for a Second Generation. the drivers seat bezel and cup holders are made of 100% pure unobtanium.

Yes, but you know and I know that people are idiots.
I’m actually hoping to see $5/gal gas. Hell the price of gas in Germany last time I was there was €1.36/L which should be ab out $5/Gal., and that is all taxes. Let’s try some of that goodness to keep people from consuming more than their fair share for no goddamned

I mean it has the same control arms, but the coil overs a adjustable for rebound, compressin and height and the bushings have all been replaced with either delrin or aluminum, the subframes are located with aluminum and they have been connected and boxed for strength. Highly modified. When I put the new engine in it I

No, the Mark VIII always handled well, it isn’t a Continental or Town Car. But yes, mine is highly modified.

Hey, at least yours is not competitive because of the car. Mine is not competitive because of the DRIVER.

TL,DR.

No, guys out. Nobody wants to see nuts.

Mine is actually modified to race, with big sway bars, bracing, coil overs, stiffer bushings and brakes. .....so, wanna race?

Then how does it brake and stop? They are laws of physics, not suggestions. It takes more power to start, stop and turn that monstrosity. Notice the period. If the ride is compliant, the springs are soft, therefore the travel is excessive and the handling and braking suffer.

A Lincoln designed to be the best handling car? The entire suspension is rubber and air!

Girl car enthusiasts? Can’t happen.

Ssuperglue sells UMWH polyurethane bushings. They do have aluminum subframe mounts, and I have those. The guys at full tilt boogie HIGHLY recommend Delrin. My Delrin guy is going through a divorce, so time to find a machine shop.. With a grippy, on or off clutch and 800+HP, I DON’T trust urethane

I thought you finished your PhD.
:)

Oh NOW you are using MY old “LS is evil because of pushrods” against me.

Nope. All things being equal you are pushing 1400 more pounds around, and those 1400 more pounds are farther off the ground. I don’t have a rage boner against trucks (just the bro-holes that roll coal) They are very handy.

...but look at your own

Just got off the phone with the machine shop. No joy.

Why yes, yes it is. Who ever told you life would be fair?

I’m still trying to get the delrin/aluminum mounts and bushings produced/installed/tuned in the rear. Right now it is on coil overs, but stock everything else and the wheel hop will shake your teeth out. The guys over at FullTiltBoogieRacing told me to ‘get bent’ or I’d be done. It is drivable but doing 65 miles (one

Looks like you already have the Temple Performance Aluminator front bumper cover.

You can do the chassis yourself with some 4140 (disclaimer: I didn’t. Temple Performance in GA did the seats with high bolsters and new leather, the steering wheel with the thickness and the grips, the Tremec 6060 six speed, and the bracing, boxing both subframes and strut towerbraces).

The QA1 coil overs I got from
