Not that it would be impossible, but why would you need audio quality better than BluRay? Most BluRays have 48-96khz 24-bit lossless audio streams. The source doesn't seem to indicate anything about better audio quality.

Let me clarify on why it takes about 10 seconds longer. People set their screens to varying brightness levels and the screen is very reflective. The scanners aren't always optimized to pick up scans from smartphones (but in a few years, I'm sure this will improve greatly).
