If you work for an OEM then you know that if the consumer was willing to pay for a tech-laden small car that got 70 mpg then someone would be making them. CAFE just gives the car companies more incentive to build large vehicles and less incentive to build small ones. You know this.

Have you read CAFE regs? The EPA 1066 and 1065 documents? I have, they are WAY more than 100 pages....try 10,000.
