What’s wrong with spackle? It’s like $4 for a small container at every hardware store, non toxic and water clean up. Apply with finger, wait a few minutes and wipe with a damp sponge. Done. Superglue? No thanks for this use and I work with cyanoacrylate adhesives almost daily for other (proper) uses at my business.
You can, but I personally have found I don’t like to... The medium (for now) is still built around art layout on a page... I like to see the whole structure laid out as I would paging through the actual book. When you zoom or use the panel-by-panel flow for me it makes the comic less enjoyable. Not entirely sure why…
