I like boobs.

@Tonicboy: Reception hasn't per se been a problem as far as the phone is concerned. But Internet connectivity has been disappointing. Again...I see that stupid 'E' way too often for a 3G phone. Can't say whether that's an AT&T problem, the iPhone, or some twisted synergy going on. But I shouldn't be on a circa-2000

@Yahweh Took My Prepuce: I spent the first 30 years of my life in Michigan and an 'E' was always used to indicate a failing grade. I guess I just assumed it was a convention throughout the world. In hindsight, I was an idiot for making such a stupid assumption. I guess I've earned an 'E'...or whatever.

Reception on my new iPhone is pretty crappy. I consistently see one or two lousy bar signals and I live in a Twin Cities Metro county; signal should be excellent. I'm also sick and tired of my 3G icon switching over to an 'E' (i.e., for the slow-ass Edge netword). 'E' has always stood for a failing grade and that's

16GB iPhone in black. Ordered from the online Apple Store on June 17th. Original arrival date was slated to be between 07/15 and 07/19. It's now in Tennessee and should (according to FedEx tracking) be here tomorrow, July 9th.

Minnesota residents should consult Minnesota §624.20 through §624.25 for specific information regarding fireworks. Merely Google "MN statute 624.20" to take you to the beginning of those sections.

@kring: But the 3GS was a minor upgrade. The iPhone 4 is a whole new animal.

@HeadsetChatter: I agree. An orangutan could have foreseen a high demand for the new phone so why can't those working at Apple do the same?

"Far higher than anticipated," according to Apple? What a load of shit. People have been camping out for iPhones from the very beginning. Apple needs to fire the Procurement Department dipshits who continue to feign ignorance of consumer demand—and time after time, at that. Oh...and dump AT&T, too. Those clowns are no

Actually, that's the line of applicants for the soon-to-be-available post of BP CEO. "Next!"

I installed Windows 7 RC1 on one of my home network PCs this summer. Was it superior to Windows XP? Sure. But after 20+ years of patches, hang-ups, and other maladies with Microsoft operating systems I moved on to a Mac. And with both operating systems (Leopard and Win7 RC1) available to me I find myself always

AppFresh gets a B- in the grade book. While it certainly looks good, it misses too many programs, the 'iusethis' feature is buggy, and there are too many problems with installations of program updates. Oddly enough, the widget entitled "Application Update" by Georg Kaindl does a far superior job. #softwareupdates

@bnetter12: Judging by the precipitous drop seen in the graph on the leftmost monitor, I'd say my 401K.

Mailplane is an excellent program that does the same thing and adds a host of other features. Sure, it isn't free like Notify is, but with drag and drop attachments and other goodies, it's worth the extra outlay.
