Surprisingly pilots aren't fast tracked like you would think. Most will hit O-3 on track and hang out there either until there contract is up or there is a slot open for O-4. And since O-4 is typically either OpsO or XO that leaves 2 billets open against the 10+ guys in squadron trying to promote. Granted this is a

Why risk rocket and mortar attacks on multi million dollar command suites teeming with top secret information when you can keep it safely at home away from the fight and it can accomplish the same mission? I get that you want the pilots to get the feeling of actually being at war but let's be honest. None of these

I agree it should at least be removable and preferably easily removable. Take it off and throw it in the bed when off-roading and throw it back on when driving home.

I know it's for fuel economy but the other brands are no where near as large as GMs. My trucks front bumper is no where near as large as the comparable GM.

I agree about the front bumpers which have been an issue with GM trucks in the past few generations. I don't why they insist on dragging its chin in the dirt. It's like no one at GM has heard of an approach angle before.

Let's be real here. The craziest thing ever shoved into an airplane was Little Boy and Fat Man. Brand new technology never tested in this application flying over a hostile a country and the ability to kill hundreds of thousands instantly and many more over the next couple decades. Plus it had to be armed in flight

Get that garbage out of here.

Actually, military HMMWVs don't have CTIS. They just have the ability to have it.

Having ridden in the back of the Osprey a few times now I can say that the feeling when the nascelles turn from vtol to plane mode is an awesome feeling of acceleration. And the maneuvers you can do it are equally as awesome.

I doubt it could because of the thinner air I would believe that would mean it can't produce enough lift in vtol mode. Same reason why helos now don't go up to that height. It's easier to fly than it is to hover at those altitudes.

Force Recon of the Generation Kill days is essentially gone now because MARSOC brought them all over when they formed in the late 2000s. Now there is Recon and MARSOC.

Actually the Raider name is back as of this year. Gen. Amos allowed MARSOC to begin calling themselves Raiders on his way out as Commandant. Mostly because MARSOC guys were wearing Raider patches and calling themselves Raiders anyways.

So much more awesome then the west coast one. Especially since it had IS strikes in it.

So throwing a charger hellcat front end onto the dart is ground breaking?

My girlfriend test drove one of these with me in the back seat and I have to say its not a terrible car. Yea its not awesome but it does what it needs to. Its better then a Camry though.

How has no one mentioned the V8 blender yet!?

The AAV only does like 7 knots on the water so this thing is 3x as fast.

CH-47s actually have a higher top speed then Apache's

I can confirm that the way you dress will help out a lot. I went with my girlfriend (22 and 21 respectfully) to help her find a new car and we were both dressed presentably and we had salespeople swarm us as soon as we got on the lot. It also helps to know about the car(s) you want to look at before hand so you can

I guarantee that the majority of the work/fleet truck market buys cloth seats over leather. What company is going to pay the extra cost of leather seats for the X amount of trucks they buy? And I never said anyone was too poor to buy leather, it just isn't cost effective for the work market.
