It's less a yell and more like really loud talking. (And, of course, it sounds like Elmer Fudd and not someone Yosemite Sam-adjacent.)

Mel Blanc's overdub of where Elmer yells out "Smog!" still strikes me as out of place. I wish the DVD/Blu-ray offered a second audio track with Arthur Q. Bryan's original reading of the line.
