OMG I'm so freaking happy about this! I was really worried when no reviews showed up before the weekend indicating no early review copies which sometimes indicates the publisher not being sure of the game's quality, but all my fears are relieved...can't wait to pick this up!

@p.e.r.e.g.r.i.n.e.: That's kind of the point...they make way more money off of people buying their cards than buying this game, this is mainly a way to get people into magic so they go to buy their own cards.

Here's hoping to Saturn games and Panzer Dragoon Saga next!

Actually looks pretty cool, and I actually really liked Darksiders so I have hope for this one.

No new PoP game and no BGE2...this is seriously shaping up to be the most disappointing E3 ever.

@Sabbatai: Nah I think Metroplex was the equivalent to the city guy that also turned into a scorpion or something. Can't remember his name but he was green and purple.

@ghostadv: Yeah exactly, the only reason the original ones would have been more light hearted would have been to drag kids into it more to get them to buy toys :)

I really REALLY hope this game turns out awesome. It certainly seems like it will from these videos.

@Aeonitis: Well I think I managed to follow the first part of your post well enough...I would say the cover most of the game play elements look just like gears of war (minus what look like quick time action events) and the character design.

@MrNose: Seriously just sit down and beat Portal, it's about 2 hours and the final few stages are just awesome.

Red Dead Redemption, some Dead Space, some Rockband at a party tomorrow, and some War40k model painting when I get a chance.

Any possibility that that isn't Cole? Like could that maybe be the face of a custom character?

@HitmonInfinity: I dunno the new "metroid gaiden" has potential.

@Showmeyomoves!: I spose I should have said that by "this type of game" I meant a 3rd party game.

@Nexus6: I don't think it would be all that different from Venus though...not saying that wouldn't be a cool time period just that it shouldn't be so close to the last one.

@Batman: Soooo would that leave maybe 3 reasons left to buy a Wii then? (Mario, Zelda, Metroid)
