@thedoraz: I have always put off getting a wheel for one reason or another...maybe it's finally time to go for it.

@Fluorine: I fail to see how learning about picking up a crysal sword is a spoilor. It's just like figuring out what to do with the sword at that point (or any point since the games shows that to you) is a puzzle.

@Zim: I'm sorry but just because Darksiders doesn't have little mini-games and towns it doesn't stop it from being a Zelda clone. Most of the major gameplay mechanics of this game are EXACTLY like Zelda, the biggest deviation being that there is a slight difference to the health system. Sure the little extras

@Luis Garcia Ramirez: I don't see how you can complain that Darksiders is a "formla driven cash-in" because it is basically GoW (or DMC) mixed with Zelda, and then turn around and say Bayonetta is a much better choice even though that game is basically just DMC with new characters and tigher controls (please note I

I really liked this game. I ended up beating it on Apocalyptic in I'd say about 17 hours or so. As many others have said it's basically Zelda (or I would say more Legacy of Kain) mixed with GoW and maybe a couple other games at points. I also really love the art and the back story and the world they have created

"The Nerdiest Sweater Vest in the World"

@bonbonehead: Personally I'm glad the game is linear. I look forward to playing JRPGs due to their lack of an open world. It's refreshing knowing exactly what you are supposed to do and everything. We have enough open world WRPGs out to satisfy that craving without turning all JRPGs into the same things.

@Black-Dog-Howls: So after god knows how many hours a day he plays he's what, lvl 20-30 by now with a lvl 15 secondary class?

@thedoraz: Gonna need to pick up one of those too. How do you like your MS Wheel?

I really liked the art and character design (and just about everything else) from Darksiders, and that continues here. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in a future sequel.

@MrEvil: I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or if you totally missed the fact that shaunmcilroy was being sarcastic...

"The natural world themes of Pandora also evoke comparisons to similar environments in Halo"

@Adonai2: Honetly that just doesn't look that fun to me. It might be cool for a couple minutes but after that I think most people would be begging for their mouse and keybord back (or controller if you're lame :p ).

Alright that's it, this is finally going to push me to get Forza. I kept holding off because "GT5 is just right around the corner" but since it seems like it's going to be a PS4 launch game at this point it's time to cut my losses for now :(.

Can anyone give me of an example of a real game that would actually work well with this thing? Not asking for a mini-game but an actual game that you could see yourself spending a weekend playing.

@Communist Pope: While I agree with the don't see anything of substance coming from Natal statement...you are absolutely right with the "baldfaced hypocrisy" statement.

I dunno, $50 for a wired controller seems fairly steep. After playing so long with wireless controllers I really don't ever want to go back to having a cord at this point.

@MrBounce: What demo are you talking about? I have that blu-ray and there is no demo, am I missing out here?

I used to think it was gimmicky and stupid until I saw Avatar. Say what you will about the story or such but this is really one of the first movies where 3D wasn't used for just the wow factor. It was actually used to great effect and without any cost to the directing as when watching it in 2D I couldn't pick out any

@Strife Fox †: Well obviously better graphics are a major selling point for most people. Other than a couple exceptions most of the games from the gen could have been done easily on last gen consoles except for the graphics.
