Well actually, yes, it would be exclusive to the PS4 gamepad or XB1 gamepad and the hardware that it runs on. The argument can easily be made that a console is just an accessory for a TV.

THIS. The entire situation is FUBAR. It started with some asshat Xbox folks harrassing mod makers to port their mods over to XB1. Then some mod makers removed existing ported mods or simply declared they wouldn’t put them on XB1, even though they were fully compatible and easy to port over. So then the XB1 crowd…
