This is not made by Microsoft but rather another company named tobii and it's much more awesome cos of that cos that means we won't be limited to MS Windows for using this tech but rather can get it just anywhere, now only if Apple or MS or any such company doesn't buy it.

It's 2rd party product, it's made by Tobii a company which is pretty much the only company working on it and they also develop this tech for people with disablities.

btw there's a setting in chrome through which you can make all plugins click only, so its better than flashblock, even on ff.
