I found a temporary work-around, as i mostly use WMP(Don't judge me because of this though) I assigned scroll up and down to F9 and F8(WMP's shortcut), now if you could help me out with other how to set it for all others too, that would be great.

Hey, I combined your and rhode's script but WheelUp and down aren't changing volume, or doing anything at all, can you tell what did i do wrong?
