I didn't have the problems you described maybe its only happening with few people(with me facebook isn't loading but it usually doesn't load half the time on non-official apps, even official iPhone app causes problems sometimes.

That's the point of my comment, cos bing doesn't allow me to change it(it is fixed to strict setting)

But actual theme doesn't look anything like it, its just someone trying their hands on custom themes for the 1st time, veterans don't do such a mistake.

I was just checking Bing today and found out that they force a strict safe search setting on me in my country(India), this is just an enough reason for me to use Google, at least they're against such filtering.
