I can sync my apps on iOS 4 on my iPod Touch 4G and iTunes 3, it automatically downloads the apps OTA(Now if you meant something else then am not sure)

does the netuser command still work cos then you can replace the sticky key enabler file with cmd and press shift 3 times 2 start cmd

Did you try clicking on the double arrow button which appears when you hide them all by increasing the size of omnibox?

doesn't increasing your omnibox to full size does that for the toolbar extensions??

Can you explain what you want cos i maybe using a similar extension.

On a totally different note, Chrome Dev version has got a bookmark menu in its wrench menu.

I don't have smartphone so can't help but you maybe able to find it in settings or you know google it :)

you can do this by combining the trick above with movable firefox button extension too.
