Meatloaf. Corned beef hash out of a can. Frozen fish when you don't have relish to make tartar sauce. Meat pies/pasties.

I am an American who despises ketchup, save for very select circumstances. Ketchup should never be placed anywhere near a fry. Hamburgers are ruined by ketchup. To put ketchup on a hotdog is a sin so severe I would suggest jail time.
