The photographer in question intentionally stacked the images to capture the satellites. He could just as easily have stacked them to get rid of the satellites. It’s the same way urban photographers use multiple long exposures to capture cities and erase pedestrians and cars to make it look like no one is around.

An argument could also be made that starlink is space activity. But good point, have an upvote.

I read this as you wish you came up with my snarky take instead of the generic one Erin regurgitated.

It’s like the astronomers are complacent being permanent spectators.

Yeah, and it’s not like other automakers don’t sell them either. Honda and Toyota does too. It’s legit income, just like how the fines are legit expenses on the flip side.

Actually, I bet there will be goal post moving, as has happened every single time Tesla meets a metric. Saw it when they made their first quarterly profit, then the second consecutive one, then the third, and don’t expect it to change given their fourth.

Unless they legalize direct sales in Texas, not far enough!

Have you ever driven one?

Yeah, I don’t get the people whining about the emissions credits: It’s a real source of revenue. When planning their spending, Tesla would know the emissions credits revenue was coming.

Cue all the usual suspects chanting:Fake numbers!” & “Accounting fraud!”.

Yeeeeeah, I know it was meant as a joke, but it’s one of those things where I hate to even give a passing glimpse of validation to those conspiracy theorists, even if it’s in jest.

1st: Chemtrails, huh? ::eyeroll::

Thank you for continuing to further explain how truly dumb you are. Every time you comment I feel like you did the hole even deeper. Not to mention your grammar is simply awful. If English is your second language that does make some sense and I’m willing to forgive the grammar issue. In response to the stimulus check

Look, we get that you love the orange baboon and you want him to love you (spoiler alert: he never will). If you don’t make enough money do what his shit for brains daughter said and get a better job. It’s not our fault you don’t have the skills to make more money.

GM is finally doing something with Cadillac.  I think its a smart move, except maybe attainable luxury shouldn’t be the first step.  You need to produce something that people really aspire to first.  The Model 3 and Y are important cars for Tesla, but it was the Model S that made them exciting.  Granted the S is old

1st gear - good! The big 3 really need to get on board with electrifying everything and Caddy is as good a choice for that as anyone. EVs are currently a bit pricier than ICE cars so market it to the demographic w/the cash to buy it.

1st Gear: Just because they’re going heavy into BEVs doesn’t mean there will be zero performance Cadillacs in the future. Tesla has shown us that we can have high performance with BEV tech. If Tesla can do it, there is no good reason why GM/Cadillac can’t do something similar.

And FIAT is “Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino”.

Branding consultant tasked to come up with a name. 6 hours of spinning in an office chair, 10 minutes of google translate into latin.

I’m sure the same crowd that has been screeching about “muh freedumbz!” in regards to masks will crow about this as well any day now..
