We’re simply moving the problem to another area

“People buy it cause there is a cult of personality of Elon”

Remember when it was being called a “Tesla killer”? Pepperidgefarm remembers.

“Teslas, Nissan Leaves and the Renault Zoe (no, I don’t write Leafs) sell because they look different”

“when charged at night”

You’re wasting your time. SBA is known for ignoring data in an attempt to hold onto his own perception of the world, regardless of how far away it is from reality.

“A pity that the Tesla is, in most parts of the country, when charged at night”

“They are both crazy old evil wackos.”

Given the Polestar's abysmal range/efficiency, I think Tesla should continue to ignore your opinion. Good design shouldn't sacrifice functionality for aesthetics.

“in east central Florida”

I know, I wish we could get a Porche fanboy to explain to us why the Taycan is the most inefficient EV on the market.

“Anecdotal is anecdotal”

“But... apartment, townhouse and high rise dwellers will not be owning them without some way to charge overnight”

GM executives would give their first born, if it meant getting the coverage and hype the Cybertruck has for one of their own products.

“And we are building this house of cards based on something I’ve yet to see the science to prove”

“Priced similar to a Model Y, but looks much better”

“Tesla uses lithium ion cells made by Panasonic. There’s no Tesla magic battery - their batteries are the same as everyone else’s.”

“People are so insecure that they need to buy their way into trying to have a better self-image, which is just sad.”

Agreed, because in this case I used the “/s” notation to specify I was indeed being sarcastic (and therefore the statement shouldn’t be taken seriously).

“ I bet you’re quite the charmer at parties.”
