They both have raced at Laguna Seca.

Nothing. It’s Russia, do what you feel comrade.
No. Audi built the most insane Audi ever, the group B Quattro. These Russians built the most fucktarded Audi ever.
So is that going to be the blower-through-the-hood of the tens?
Texas doesn’t screw around: they like things big, and they like things powerful. So when the cowboys at T1 Race…
Well, here in the U.S., you’ll need an entire culture change with respect to personal space. We like driving, *our* cars...Just because Bill is going to the same place I am doesn’t make me want to ride with Bill, because, fuck Bill.

That’s Brands Hatch I believe.
The clue is in the comments linked to the video. Fuel leak onto rear tyre. This doesn’t explain why he didn’t pull in at the end of the first lap, though:
I’m struggling to see how that is the driver. Looks like he has something wrong with the car, surely. He’s hardly pushing the car, despite the rain (slush?Hail?). The first spin was so immediate it looks like a flat tyre or unexpected toe out at rear. The loss of grip is so sudden.
