Brill Bruisers and the front half of Whiteout Conditions are stellar.

Difficult album, lot of great instrumentation, but the lyrics and depth are missing. Lots of redundancy in the choruses that aren't particularly memorable or catchy if people are going to defend it as a pop album. Chemistry is easily the worst Arcade Fire song to date. Reflecktor was a bit overdone but more rewarding.
