Yeah it would be so hard. Maybe if one goes further and becomes a notary signing agent and works for one of the bigger firms with a lot of clients. Then the notary signing agent can potentially earn considerably more than a notary public. But yeah, probably most people can't rely on that for their sole income.

That's not a spoiler. Where did you read that?

Thank you for chiming in. That would be a perfect explanation for me except Norma likely went to a different bar. The second bar had white horse decorations inside; didn't look like the first bar. Plus Norma probably didn't walk far on foot when she got out of the car after being in argument with Norman outside of

Ha ha, I agree!

They really don't. I used to be a notary. It was asked that I become one by a now former employer. It's usually just supplemental income, but as I said earlier Marion's a regular worker at that real estate firm. Having her notary license is just in addition to that.

Agree with what the others said, and the show is a prequel to the movie. And it's largely about, as a producer said (paraphrasing), how the main characters get to the point where they are in the movie.

I typed a response earlier; don't know what happened to it. Basically I said Norman was in a blackout while having sex with Miss Watson, which probably started before they had sex.

That's an interesting take on it. I'm going to try to remember to keep it in my mind when watching future Norma/n scenes. Thank you for laying all that out. I know you brought it up before but now with all the details, I have a better understanding of this perspective now. I guess it's fitting that the Mother Norma

Lol. Good one. Cute doggie running the motel. I like your name also — "I blame the water"?

Yes there is a full list. Yes I was thinking the same thing back in season 1 about how will Norman get away with all the murders if there's going to be a killing by him every season. I mean already we learned in season 1 that Norman's dad, Keith Summers, and Miss Watson were either killed by Norman or Norman helped

Blaire Watson was changing clothes within Norman's line of vision. Norman did have a blackout and he did have sex with Miss Watson but it was what he thought was Mother's reaction that triggered the murder. He saw or rather imagined Norma reacting to his schoolteacher seducing him and telling Norman he "knows what

That sounds about right that Chick introduced himself to Norman as a friend of Mother or something.

I guess that's possible with multiple personalities. Thank you for helping me sort this out.

You gotta see Psycho! lol. It's a classic. And worth your while, especially if you continue watching the season.

Okay here goes. Maybe it's just something I personally can't figure out.

Oh good, I was trying to remember what other items the earring was tossed in or among. I suppose if it's a drawer full of junk, Dylan might have forgotten he even had the earring after a while, and it's been a year and a half or two since he got a hold of it. While it wouldn't be evidence sufficient to incriminate

I was wondering whether Norma was in there, as with the scene from a prior episode when Madeline was apologizing for the awful double date, though I don't know if Norma would not withhold judgment of Madeline. So I don't know, I thought that was more Norman in that scene. There was a moment where I thought I saw the

Freddie Highmore is up soon as director? Oh no. So we won't be seeing much of him that episode? I think we'll still see a lot of Mother Norma though in remaining episodes, even though Norman realizes some of what he's been doing in his blackouts. He's not getting help and it will get worse.

Aw I missed it, but good for you! Cable is great for catching up or seeing old movies again.

I can see the reasons for some of what you said. I had imagined Norman's encounter with Dr. Edwards to somehow be more creative, or at least not the way it played out.
