What about it are you contesting? Their statement and your statement aren't mutually exclusive.

You called me a liar about 10 posts back and have still yet to point out anything I lied about. Oh well.

> Here's your quote, which I've responded to before….

> Not actors, but you did say thousands of POC and trans characters

>> "I never said there were thousands,"

> I'm the only one who provided a link

Well, you've successfully moved the goalposts from "somebody is telling fimmakers not to use black or trans characters" to "the majority of major speaking roles still go to cis white men." Good job. After about a dozen posts it seems like you have no intention of supporting your original claim. Let me know if you want

Yeah, nice dodge. In future, try posting links that actually support your argument.

Did you actually read the article? It's about gender disparity among writers in the media and tangentially mentions race in a few places. Sure it mentions "white men" in the title, because everyone loves to vilify the white man and that's sure to draw in the readers.

Ok…I've read your article and it doesn't contradict anything that I've said. It's not even about race and doesn't even mention transgender people. In what way exactly do you think that article proves I'm a liar?

Learn to read between the lines, bro. There are thousands of black actors/characters in Hollywood and plenty of trans characters as well. Nobody is telling filmmakers they can't have black or trans characters, but I guess there's some sick fantasy Hollywood inside your head where that is happening. Have fun with that.

Hollywood is telling filmmakers that they're not allowed to have any of their characters be black or trans? I hope Samuel L. Jackson and Hilary Swank haven't found out yet. They're gonna be pissed.

Who the heck is telling filmmakers that they're not allowed to have any black or trans characters? Are you talking about some fantasy land that exists inside your head?

The person you're responding to did not say she's unable to enjoy it. Try reading his whole sentence instead of just the first half.
