I've refoamed a few pairs of Boston Acoustics A-60's and it's a pretty easy job as long as you're careful. The first pair I did I had foam glue all over the place on the first speaker, but by the second speaker I was like an old pro. After that first pair, you'd never know that I refoamed them.
