@baldly_going: Hey, I never refuse money coming my way!

@Manly McBeeferton: I don't know if it's a record with respect to others, but it's certainly a record for me.

@antonchigurh: 35 consecutive hours. And I had been talking to a bunch of other niners for about 5 hours non-stop immediately before those 35.

True story...

Heh... the start of V looks like the start of FlashForward... is this a flash back of some weird kind, by any chance?

I would also be very desperate to impress Amanda Peet, should I be in the same room with her.

@Illundiel: You, perhaps. Not me, though.

Nope, sadly I'm just another ordinary alien on this planet.

There is some danger in implementing suggestion number 1, namely, that the sponsors will start assuming that this behavior is the new status quo and that, if viewers don't mobilize, then there's no reason to continue supporting a show.

"Spheres that are packed carefully, stacked up the way that cannonballs are, fill 74 percent of a given area."

"Although the experiment was done using radio waves, if it were done using photons a person looking at it would see an unbroken barrier."

@ladypeyton: That's a good point. I hope you're right and that they'll address alt-Broyles' death.

Here are a few suggestions of my own:

I joined Orkut 2 months after it started, in early 2004. It was pretty good until the Brazilian hostile takeover, which totally trashed it.

I thought it was a great episode, and it would have been just perfect for Halloween.

@lemmniscate: I'm wondering the same thing, and if they'll have more episodes taking place on the other side. I hope they do. It would be like having two distinct shows running at the same time, only with slightly the same characters.
