I recommend "The Lost Room", for 6 hours of very entertaining and original TV.

It's far too impractical for everyday use, since the access time is very large. So, if it ever gets implemented for real, it will be only for storage of massive amounts of data meant to survive a long time using a relatively small amount of volume.
