Yeah, DC threw me for such an obvious loop. I was wondering what the capital of Puerto Rico was, as did several of my friends. Another friend thought DC was the capital of Virginia. My dad got it by sheer luck. Poor DC's always getting left out, what with their single non-voting representative in the House.
