Whether or not the OP has responded to you is irrelevant. I just find it odd that you are so determined to place blame on the baker for fulfilling an order as requested in response to someone simply pointing out a factual error. It’s like you just like arguing or something.

Actually, yes. I am self-employed and run my own business - so I know that second-guessing your clients’requests can piss them off as well.

The article above is incorrect in saying that the baker made a mistake. The OP of this thread pointed this out. Both source articles also point out that it was the customer who made the mistake. Does it not make sense to make sure the order you are placing is actually what you want? I don’t really see why it’s

Either way, the baker followed the instructions received. The mistake was not on the baker’s part. What’s sensible is checking what your text actually says before hitting “send” - especially when adding specific instructions to an order.
