I love it. It’s goofy. It’s not polished, at all. It doesn’t nessesarily swing for the fences even if it looks like it’s trying. I’d rather live in a world where we had more ‘attempts’ in the medium.

The additional animation scenes did help flesh things out, I'll give him that.

I absolutely love this way of introducing them, like Spidey in Civil War, in someone else’s flick. You get a little taste/teaser and are ready for more if you want. The convenience of the multiverse is just the icing.
