Great games, finished them all. Some took longer than others (the first 3...) but all enjoyable. I think it was SQ2, couldn’t figure out what to type to get through the swamp. Had to rub berries on yourself to keep the swamp monsters off you or something. Took a while to realize that’s what the other alien creature…

It was more shock that no one picked the powerhouse year of 2017 rather than how DARE they leave off the OBVIOUS BEST GAMING YEAR EVER AHHHH! :-)

Uncharted 3 and Dead Space as well!

1997 also had my person fave, Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysey. And I think StarFox 64 too right? Crash Bandicoot 2, Turok, Diddy Kong Racing... I can get on board with 1997.

Maybe 2017 is just too obvious. I’m too lazy to look, was there ever another year where both a new Zelda and Mario were released and both as amazing as BotW and Odyssey? 150+ hours of gaming in 2017 just from those two alone.
