I was wondering about this the other day. This HAS to be affecting the transmission of the flu virus since hand washing is the single most effective way to prevent it. You’ll fit pretty much anything. While you’re tall, your inseam is about average. Seat height shouldn’t be an issue, but you might have to adjust or replace your bars so you take pressure off your back, unless you have really long arms. Easy. Do nothing on a foam roller. They’re waste of time. The sensation you feel rolling out muscles is just that, a sensation.
