Sounds like this game is as well optimized as a kidney stone shaped like the Star of David.
The measles vaccine cause complications in 1 out of 1000.
You already got Chimchar!
Afghanistan and Pakistan had a handful of cases as late as 2018. Europe was only declared polio free in 2002, and the United States declared polio free in 1994.
They also nerfed just about every weapon in Apex compared to TF|2. The Mozambique has half the ammo capacity from one to the next. Plus, in TF|2, it fired a tight spread of energy bolts, which I feel like helped with landing hits.
This isn’t exaggeration either. Netcode issues and general people hopping around like jackrabbits means you rarely hit most of your pellets. So you’re already looking at around 20 damage per shot, which is what punches do. Only, you don’t have to reload your fist.
Well, get ready to feel even more terrible because some people are saying that the best case scenario for 2050 is 2 degrees Celsius of warming by then.
After 15 years of service, when the Rover was designed to last for 3 months. Adding a cleaning arm would have certainly nixed some sort of scientific instrument that would be much more important to the mission.
And then there’s diplays like the first clip in this montage:
It’s mostly because Titanfall 2s TTK is lower, and you can close the distance on a target much faster than you can in Apex Legends. Flinging yourself at the enemy puts the engagement more in your control, whereas if you’re whipping out the Mozambique in Apex, you’re already fucked.
Apparently it is. After Apex launched, Titanfall 2 reached 10,000 players on X-Box, and 3500 or something on PC. Keep in mind that PC used to mostly be sub-1000 recently.
I find this hilarious. Back in Titanfall 2 the Mozambique was considered a better Mastiff shotgun, except in the sidearm slot. It was so good that after Respawn let pilots run with a primary, secondary, AND anti-titan, the Mozambique became a primary weapon (it was one of two pistols in the primary slot. All the other…
I was grinding some MRP in Ace Combat 7 multiplayer to get the X-02S Strike Wyvern over the weekend. One room’s host had set the point limit juuuuuuust high enough to use fully buffed out QAAMs, and he was one shotting people with missiles that had incredible tracking and just lasted forever and wore you down.
The G7 is alright for distance. You’ll be using a shotgun for close range anyways, so the G7 being trash up close is fine. Mostly useful because Light Ammo is about the only type you can reliably find.
You can’t have wallrunning and slidehopping in a Battle Royale game. Not in the current iteration of ‘your squad dies, you’re out’. There needs to be armor and shields to let players disengage from a fight not going their way (because you only have one life). But shields and armor make the TTK too high for…
Did you see any mobility, though? I saw a whole lot of sprinting. One slide, and one zipline.
So now I have to decide if I need to spend money on a game I don’t particularly want to play just to help keep Respawn relevant in EA’s eyes so they don’t get taken out back and shot like so many other studios.
Anyone see a single meter of wallrunning in this trailer? Any double jumps? Slidehopping?
Could we get a Batman that actually is the greatest detective in the world? And who is also trying to get his Arkham escapees back into treatment? And can defuse situations by talking to people? Instead of JUST a buff rich dude who punches people?
