Start with Awakening, because it’s a good intro to the series for new players, has great characters, and is just a super fun game.

This strikes me as insane.
The physics engine in GTA 3 was good enough that I once used the top down view to train bus drivers to explain how buses turn (ie, the back wheel tracks inward towards the direction you’re turning towards, so you need to start the turn later than when you’re in a car). You could demonstrate tail swing, too, which is…
The post-launch support for this game continues to astonish me. I’ve never played GTAV, but every time they add something like this it makes a very convincing argument to pick up a copy.
Amazing how much mileage they are getting out of GTA Online.
You can’t go through the process if you are already here. You can’t go through the process if your government is openly hostile and corrupt. Some of these people are forced to come illegally or be forced to live in a literal shit hole with no hope. America is a literal dream to these people whole most Americans take…
As tough as it is to swallow, not every bad thing that happens in the world has to, or should, be “fixed” by America. This will do nothing but cause more death.
I agree - they do incredible work, although I must admit that this morning’s string of breathless Scorpio previews (and the fact that Microsoft paid for their trip) made me raise an eyebrow.
One of my college roommates once grabbed me aside and said, “I know people can feel weird when others speak other languages in front of them - but don’t worry, I promise I’m not talking about you when I call my mom and suddenly switch into Russian. I AM, however, probably talking about Roommate X.”
I think the joke was lost on a few people here.
nop, majority of people wont understand you except in HK or maybe expensive place in big city like Beijing. you probably will have more luck if you can find a student and write down what you want to say on a piece of paper, their listen skill tend to be vastly inferior to written english
Yes, actually! The only time I had trouble was trying to get a taxi from the airport to our hotel. When traveling, I recommend calling the hotel and having them fax you a note that says “please take me to this address” in Mandarin, so at the very least you can always get back there.
In cities, maybe. If you really want to get around, learning the language is still recommended.
You should poor out some liquor and shed a tear when you get a chance then, my friend
“It’s not really that I have a problem with not being able to direct my guys, but I always did like the quick pause that came along with it.”
Watched that goal from the Gwladys Street End. We celebrated so hard that my buddy fell face first into the lap of a small child in the row in front. His parents were celebrating so hard that they didn’t kick sh1t out of him or have him arrested. Simpler times.
I agree. I’m only a couple of hours in, and I already miss being able to take a moment to plan and coordinate my squad’s attacks to pull off combos like I could in the previous games. Part of the fun was setting up those moves to dominate groups of enemies, and now it kind of feels like the squad mates are just there…
Another point in favor for the “rushed to market even if it wasn’t ready”.
yeah fallout 4 isnt that good, and witcher 3 is just amaing
I love strolling around the bit between Aoyama and Omotesando, very beautiful area, very affluent. The Nezu museum near there has a lovely garden too, went for a walk around there in spring.
