There are cases of leases ending too. Think someone’s lease ends in April, how are they going to return the car if the sales department is closed? and what do they do to get a new car, either bought or leased?

Right now people are not buying because either the dealerships sales dept are closed or because they themselves are not walking around. But once the quarantine is over the drop will come because people are either going to be out of job or afraid of spending money. It might start a domino effect on the economy.
