That very well may have been the case, but I don't think it precludes my reading of the scene. It's right there when he vehemently insists his best pal (can't remember his name) should think of his family and stay behind. Even after he has made up his mind and decides to confront the baddies, he still thinks of others

Sense8 could, easily, have had the fight start when he was robbed. Instead he made the deliberate choice to chase down the robbers and become the aggressor.

That sounds so badass when you put it that way lol.

She is like a female John Wick, what's not to love?

Oh trust me, Odette Anable's addition to the cast and her tomahawk-throwing antics will pay off (eventually) in the most spectacular fashion. I don't even know how to sell this without devolving into superfluous blabbering, so I'm just gonna say it's one of the most outstanding moments I've seen on TV and her entire

"That was…"
"Very special"
"Hey! Uh…Oh…"

I used to think the same about Banshee, but found my opinion of it very gradually changing from "Ok, bye bye brain, I'm just gonna stay to see how ridiculous this can possibly get" to "I fucking love this."

Aaaaw c'mon, isn't it a bit unfair to complain about "weakly developed characters" basing yourself solely on the pilot of a show that has 8 main characters?

I'm sorry you hate beautiful things. Kinda gaudy? Totally, but that doesn't stop it from being a gorgeous montage regardless, and I specially commend their commitment to show us the nasty bits of childbirth before going full "Aaaaawwww."

Sweetie, you are being unreasonable. Matt couldn't even stand straight after his fight with Nobu. I haven't been in the situation before, but something tells me heavy introspection is not the first thing that comes to you when you are bleeding to death from the gashing wounds all over your body.

After Phillip's sex training revelation ("…Sometimes") I can't be anything but disturbed by the sex in the show.

Seriously? What are you making, Soylent Green back there?
