The worst part of the look is from the rear. The vehicle is so damn tall and then the new IRS sits what appears to be 4 inches off the ground. You can see most of the rear suspension. It’s terrible.

I just wish I knew why it needs to look like it’s standing on its tip toes. This vehicle just looks about 4 inches too high. It’s so awkwardly proportioned. There’s almost as much space between the top of the tire and the top of the fender as there is from the top of the tire to the bottom of the tire.

More like 12-16", I think. Roads were a mess Monday evening (I landed at 5pm), I was rather unimpressed by the amount of plowing I saw not going on. Spoiled by my years in Maine.

Honestly though, since my cars are manual, I find myself stopping less in heavy traffic. Yes it’s a pain to move both feet at the same time often, but if you time everything right, you just coast off idle (of course ready to clutch/brake if needed).
