The same thing happens when someone tries to put subtlety in front of Chris Berman.
Honestly, how fucking stupid can you be to smoke weed right before the National Championship, knowing that it is against NCAA rules, and they can randomly drug test?
Is there any way the Forde test was school-issued, while Carrington's test was the typical NCAA postseason random pull?
That. And it's not legal for anyone in the state, no matter their age, until July.
The ridiculous nature of athletes being suspended for weed is not lost on me, but the legal angle is kind of a moot point here, as Carrington is only 19, thus not a legal possessor.
Welcome to Sploid.
Same here, its someone adding their own narrative to a shitty photo an then Gawker adding a huge layer of bullshit on top.
It won't hurt it though.
It's funny you say that, because to me it looks less like they photoshopped it, and more like they're just incompetent and screwed up the aspect ratio.
If she spent an additional 10 minutes in the morning getting ready (and maybe 30 minutes at night working out), she'd look like the picture on the right.
I remember my re-touched yearbook photo.
when I was in school, we had to pay extra for any retouching
Dear Stan, I wrote you but you still ain't called/
Just this once, I'd love to see St Louis, Oakland, and San Diego all tell their NFL teams to get fucked when it comes to asking for publicly-funded venues at the exact same time, just to see what happens. It's not like all three of them can move to LA simultaneously.
Exactly.
this article reads all doom and gloom, i fail to see the problem with it. You paid for the privilege of volunteering your data.
Let's keep in mind that "Aggregated data" isn't really the same as selling your data. They're going to get "80 people who do X, Y, and Z and live in A, B, and C areas have the following yadda yadda yadda..."...
The 8.9% of the writers that didn't vote for Pedro should have their voting privileges revoked.
It would be interesting to know whether the stream is adjusted for bandwidth. I live in the country and my dsl can be too slow for streaming sometimes. Amazon adjusts their stream for available bandwidth, but some of the other Roku channels don't which means you get a bunch of buffer breaks.
