Because Radar Online found out (she’s been quietly telling some people at home, and someone called Radar Online). It’s pretty clear she was trying to keep this one out of the limelight, and someone else pushed it on to her. If you go to Radar Online, they explain how they called her to ask if it was true (or

Bill Gothard is WAY into it, and he’s basically their god. :/ (He has instruction manuals for what the woman in his movement should look and dress like, which includes how they wear their hair and do their makeup-it’s to his sexual preferences. :|

Summers is not a feminist. Next?

What would happen is that someone would challenge the family over being able to decide for the fetus, file a lawsuit asking the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for the fetus, and then arguing that the law says that the fetus must be protected, blah etc.

That's good - we're both grey to me. :-(

Chances are, someone who is anti-choice and working on the hospital floor flagged legal over concerns about the fetus.

Just FWIW, I am a medical ethicist, and I know my colleagues. And I was very particular in my phrasing about the broad pronouncements and people commenting on the case in question for a reason.

What is wrong with people? Someone wants someone's mother to drop dead

Pretty sure he's of the mentally unbalanced, sociopath variety, rather than any sort of deep trauma.

Poor insurance - dude lost his job, amongst other things. (And Star is cooperating without him and without being legally compelled, which is a kinda rare thing for a company, let alone a shady company!)

Ex-CEO. Star themselves are cooperating separately. (I don't for a second believe their supplements, etc, but I think it's nice they're cooperating without being compelled to.)

The outfits are a bit too neon Star Trek for me, but you can get book bags like that on Etsy (if you want to skip Urban Outfitters, anyhow).

And don't forget that the few pop culture representations of ADHD in women tend to be negative and addiction-oriented (see: Lucy Knight, ER, showing my age).

The most surprising thing out of this may be that Star Scientific is actively cooperating with the investigation.
