What would happen is that someone would challenge the family over being able to decide for the fetus, file a lawsuit asking the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for the fetus, and then arguing that the law says that the fetus must be protected, blah etc.

So, I wonder if by taking antidepressants all day, Bieber means he's doin "poor man's cocaine"? (Inhaling or injecting wellbutrin, which was something I saw reported in Canadian news a lot last year.) (Well, given his inclination towards nudity and lack of necrotizing tissue, I guess he'd be inhaling it.)
