Every move from the Trump camp comes off like a desperation Hail Mary at this point.  The sort of idiots that his would sway were already going to vote for Trump anyway.

After seeing it, I’m inclined to believe that this is just an old window with lead sash weights. The ropes and pulleys are probably shot. What’s likely happening here is the weights eventually coming loose and literally pulling the window open as they come down. Spooky, but not paranormal.
