I guess. I just usually think of disproportionate in terms of a 10+% in percentage points of a sample size, that’s all. Like if it was 10% of Asian Americans dying with a population size of 7.5%, that wouldn’t seem that disproportionate. If the numbers were like 25%, I’d think that’s a significant increase.

And 15% isn’t even *that* disproportionate compared to black population of 12% in general.  I mean, basic research isn’t that hard, especially when the statistic you’re talking about is in an article you’re quoting!  That’s why sites like this or Jezebel cannot be relied upon to accurately report the news.

I get that, but does every day of the trial need to be covered? Like maybe a recap every few days?  I’m also a bit surprised that they are taking this long in laying out the case.  I would think there’s enough evidence entered in to lock him away a few times over.

“Some” responsibility? He wasn’t being pursued because of a speeding violation, he was pursued because he was suspected DUI running from the cops. Yes, I know there are too many bad cops out there, but if you have kids in the car at 1am, maybe just stay stopped and not try to flee?
