Generally, the servers hosting instances and worlds are separate from the servers connecting sessions, up-keeping sessions, keeping players in sync, etc. The servers work hand-in-hand, but a multiplayer server could be down but the world server not so much.

Plenty of other developers get away with it (such as Bungie) with relatively little blowback so I reckon it’s just accepted now.

Not really liking what I see in the screen shots. It looks like the character is a different.. weight? Art style? Then the background, like a bad cut and paste job.

Played the first day it was available on PS4 and everyone once in a while to check out the new heroes. Game pacing is still too slow.

Y’know, I guess they can’t win. They keep making games about WW2, people complain about retreading over and over. They move to the future, same ordeal. I still think the Modern Warfare releases were the most fun and real feeling. The sci-fi future shtick has run its course.
