Did some revisions to a short story of mine that's gotten really positive rejections and sent it off to a new magazine, so here's hoping it'll finally find a home.

I started my new position a few weeks ago and it's been mega challenging to my perfectionist tendencies. I'm really hard on myself and get frustrated easily when I don't know how to do things, and this job is completely different despite being in the same department.

It's officially been a year since I stopped drinking! It's been eye-opening for sure and I can conclusively say it's been for my highest good.

I just bought a pair of hideous gold running shoes so I can get my walkin' (and maybe eventually running?) on.
