for me - being a vegetarian since birth, its about sampling a little (albeit in a frankenstein way) of what the rest of america is infatuated with. it may not give anything close to the flavor or other qualities, but there is a certain fun to be had in some situations to having a “veggie dog” or the like...a little

multiple reasons for multiple people with multiple views. But forget all those.  if there is a market for it, so be it?  doesn’t affect people who don’t understand or want it...at all.

I need to thank you for this - I am now a full convert of doing it in the oven - its foolproofish compared to the microwave , which is what I had done this whole life of mine so far, and agreed the peels come off so easy...will try oiling them up next time so they become edible.

what are your thoughts on slicing the sweet potato in the roast vs whole?

i overutilize the micro - but am now roasting some white sweet potatoes from TJs right now thanks to this....

thanks!!

good advice but I’d prefer the who butter!!

true words. there is no “rule” on when it happens or if it happens. we all have no special significance and also nothing holding us back from greatness other than randomness.

i like the idea of a candy apple sort of but I don’t know how to eat one (and as an adult with fillings, I wouldn’t eat a caramel apple either without cutting it up).  no fun I know.

seems more approp to use brandy or whiskey etc. also - awesome idea - but it won’t get inside if you don’t peel them I think.

hi Sorry for the delayed response (last couple days....). Yeah Broccoli (also Caulflower, cabbage, cucumbers, kale, spinach). I eat other stuff too - but those are high volume low carb low calorie fillers. I’m doing this diet called fast 800 - it really works very well. 6 months now and down 100 pounds. don’t believe

broccoli (I’ve been on a diet this whole time). but I will marry then next person who shows me a picture of a waffled pizza.

shenanigans. this is cool I guess....but really doesn’t solve the mess issue. and if you have the foil on it the reheating doesn’t make sense because though the unit itself is microwavable, the foil isn’t. I think a better solution is out there. perhaps repurposing a starbucks grande cup.

deal is gone - sad - I would have bought it

I think we need to add a tag to all such articles (which are great) and file them under “Look, just get busy doing something so this dumpsterfire of a year doesn’t drive you bonkers”

yeah but why hasn’t mexican food been popular in India til recently? My guess is it is TOO close....real desis get an uncanny valley effect.  anyway - my love of mexican food, and now not giving a damn any longer about “how I’m supposed to behave” as an american born desi....that now...even when I visit in Indian

lets get real. a fast food place that has ANYTHING reliably vegetarian and doesn’t require you to contort your order (and possibly confuse or even inflame the server taking the order) is a blessing. We had taco bell, subway and like....mcdonalds french fries/hash browns...but then in the 90's they took those away by

genius! But I think we can uberize it. what if you take 1 same such slice....put it cheese side down on the hot grill (sprayed w/ olive oil of course). and then you cover the facing side (the bottom of the upsidedown pizza) with pizza suace and mozzarella cheese....and pepperoni or whatever you like...and plunge down

you are going to eat out by eating inside and thus getting infected and contributing to the inevitable 2nd surge, complicated with the flu and other maladies.

better yet - display them then toss them. realize that all the stuff you accumulate is just a precurser to what happens to you in the long run...and someone else will eventually throw it out because the people who cared enough to value it and collect it are gone
