i didn’t say I do, I say people do. and I am certainly within the group “people” so I probably do too, even though I think I’m one of the good ones...although who doesn’t think that about themselves.

smart but not pretty.
i know someone whose entire family (father, mother, sisters) all died before 55 yet he lived to 93...god bless....he didn’t do anything crazy just took ok care of himself and saw his doctors regularly (as anyone should). You don’t know what did in your Dad - could be genetics, could be diet..could be anything. I wish…
I won’t argue with that. but I will note that, even if you yourself are comfortable, doesn’t it make you uncomfortable if you are surrounded by sloppy/shabby people? I would put up w/ more restrictive attire simply so I wouldn’t have to see the unsightly sights I’ve often witness (I fly a lot). anyway, that’s just…
we’re not talking wearing business casual. we’re talking about wearing gym clothes and, more importantly, very sloppy attire. you wearing gyms and a t shirt wouldn’t get a 2nd look from me. really anything would be ok so long as clean.
there needs to be a related podcast on how people can act with class and politeness in day to day life even if they weren’t born w/ a silver spoon.
yeah but you are in public - shouldn’t there be a minimum decorum level? if I dressed in gym clothes I would be embarrassed in this setting...and in turn I find all the slobs dressed like this to be embarrassing and gross. just my opinion but I can’t help it.
Honestly a waste of time. I think more fun if you had a good group of family or friends with you. That was the main point – togetherness. amongst ourselves individually and then also the nation and the world. Before I saw the 75% portion I saw today in New York I was thinking about chasing them every year. I may try…
my exp - I tried out my new well inspected googles and looked at the sun yesterday for 10 sec - I felt sick after and felt like the whole night I was on the verge of retinal damage. ok this morning yet defintely some damage or something. vision is fine. I won’t wear them again. I think looking at the sun is dangerous…
I’m in !!
Would you rather step in your dogs poop or a hobo’s poop?
you can really say much the same for the whole republican party since Eisenhower. it may have been better hidden but they wouldn’t win elections w/o that not-insignificant portion of their base.
I’m a vegetarian human. the answer is no. it is not right for dogs. that said, you could definitely add some veggies for health (supposedly wolves and other carnivores eat the stomachs of their kills first...which have semi-digested vegetal matter). would the dog survive on just bread and beans ... probably. but…
picking a destination, yet having flexibility in the journey, seems like good advice no matter what endeavor you choose to do.
also - what is up w/ all this fancy stuff....when I was a kid we played w/ sticks...and I turned out all right.
if you are a kid who made this - you are awesome and will do great things....if you are an adult...I suppose taking time to make this is better spent than most tv, however I think you need to have a serious think on whether you are spending your time wisely.
my mom was an expert rice cooker (dad could do it too) w/ a microwave. basmati rice came out perfect every time. I am jaded against the rice cooker machine for this reason. that said, it is cool.
As a poc male, I would settle for people not to be afraid of me (or, probably more accurately, me feeling that my presence is likely to cause fear in white people, causing me to feel really embarrassed without anything perceptible having actually happened). There are layers.
They are silent because they know they messed up in thinking they were so holier than thou they could get away with producing a show imaging if race relations were even worse so all black people can just hug themselves that they live in a today’s world where all racism is gone. Free at last?
seems believable to me. now imagine that non-white people get similar treatment to this and that’s why they say everyone is racist, yet many white people hate hearing it.
